Score your deployment against the GAUGE rubric.

Six dimensions, 0–5 each, weighted to a 0–100 total. Answer honestly against the anchor descriptions; the rubric does the rest. Takes five minutes. Results are email-gated — full methodology is at /gauge/, and the working-document Excel is linked from your results page if you want a 30–45 minute governance-group version.

A live total and band appear as you score. The dimension-by-dimension breakdown, lowest-dimension call-out, and recommended 90-day action unlock after you enter your email.
